Flexoform – convoluted Fluoropolymer tubings

Convoluted tubings are often used for applications requiring a high flexibility.

The spiraled Flexoform – convoluted tubings are continuously manufactured based on a proprietary process. The lay out of the profile geometry provides a tailored property combination of tubings offering low bend radiuses with high flexibility and compression resistance at optimized wall thicknesses.

The proprietary process allows the use of simple toolings. This allows to flexibly reflect customer and application oriented requirements. The finishing of convoluted tubings showing smooth ends is possible.

Regarding special applications, compounds may be used to address specific properties. Currently offered compounds:
- antistatic properties
- properties of reduced permeation

The range of currently offered dimensions comprises sizes from 12mm OD to 180mm OD. Varying wall thicknesses from 0,4 mm to 2 mm may be produced based on FDA (Food and Drug Apporval) approved Fluoropolymers.

Possible pack out units: drum, coil or individual lengths.
